Thanks for the reply Jim. Yes, I have changed the IP address in Softsqueeze and that connects fine. So does Moose. I have also changed the port forwarding on my router too so that is set up OK. It's just weird that certain things are connecting fine but others don't. I also can't even ping my new external IP address from work. So I'm not sure how I'm even getting Softsqueeze to connect in order to play the internet radio stations.
Working: Softsqueeze connects, plays internet radio. Moose Not working: Softsqueeze won't play music from my library Can't bring up slimserver in browser Can't ping home IP address I was thinking that maybe a port was blocked but ping doesn't hit a specific port. What would be the difference between playing a file and playing an internet station?
