I've always wanted something like this. Two examples that I use are the first two songs on the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band's Uncle Charlie and his Dog Teddy, which as a seque from Teddy singing into Mr Bogangles. It makes no sense to play one without the other. The second great seque is on Jackson Brown's Running on Empty where "the load out" seques into "Stay" So for most of the time, when you want one, you want the other. I know of no way to automate this.
