On this machine I have tried installing SC 7.0a after deleting all previous SS files files (from 6.5.1) in accordance with instructions in a post on this forum - evidently it didn't say delete log-files - see below. 1) NADA! (I did a reinstall after this finding: still NADA! 2) Nope (there is one 23 MB large "Slimserver.log" Created 3 feb -06 and Modified 23 nov) 3) 7.0a (after trying 6.5.1 w no success) 4) Leopard 10.5.1 5) Yes, before upgrading to Leopard and it was working OK!
