My router is a Zoom ADSL X6 - I had wondered if maybe it was something to do with a setting on the router - though my PC which is connected to the same router does not have the switch off problem if I use it to run slimserver to feed the SB3.
One thing I noticed yesterday was that if I have my PC on as well as the Mac Mini running slimserver then the SB3 doesn't seem to have the switch off problem.
