Sorry Michael but I don't understand what you mean by this statement. First of all it would be best if you want to help out that you specified whom you're answering. All I can find of not directly answered Qs is "where did you find that file (log)"? Which is answered in a post somewhat earlier (in Lib/Log files). It would be easier if you read the qs a little more careful as it would save us all - not the least yourself - a lot of time. Don't get me wrong as I'm most grateful you help out for free at your spare time. But we all have jobs to do and I can't spend half my day with something that really should work. But that's the internet-era: let the customers have all the PITAs and leave us alone to make the buck. And help from local agents? Forget it! Anyways: I thought that I'd make it easier for ya by reinstalling EVERYTHING. After installing SS I obtained a short log file. What does that tell you? As you probably deducted by now: I'm a COMPLETE novice in UNIX.
