To my eyes, it came across as reading that nobody cared.  In any case,
I care to see this investigated and fixed, but I do echo the
sentiments of those saying that this is already being looked at by the
people who can fix it.  Accordingly, I don't feel the need to do the
listening tests myself.  I trust Sean and company to investigate and
do the right thing.
