Contact support and arrange an RMA... From what I've seen, their out-of-warranty repair rates are very reasonable.
The catch is that you will be without your SB while they fix it... but then, it doesn't work anyway. (Years ago when I did tech support for a living, a customer called with a broken machine [fat-boat-anchor-S100 machine, which dates me :P] and wanted us to fix it... I approved the return but he didn't want to return it. "I need it!"... "But it's broken, send it back.." "I can't, I need it!" How he needed a system that wouldn't boot is beyond me... Maybe he didn't have a ballast or needed a space heater...) -- snarlydwarf ------------------------------------------------------------------------ snarlydwarf's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=1179 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=40621 _______________________________________________ discuss mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/discuss
