Contact support and arrange an RMA... From what I've seen, their
out-of-warranty repair rates are very reasonable.

The catch is that you will be without your SB while they fix it... but
then, it doesn't work anyway.


(Years ago when I did tech support for a living, a customer called with
a broken machine [fat-boat-anchor-S100 machine, which dates me :P] and
wanted us to fix it... I approved the return but he didn't want to
return it.  "I need it!"... "But it's broken, send it back.."  "I
can't, I need it!"  How he needed a system that wouldn't boot is beyond
me... Maybe he didn't have a ballast or needed a space heater...)
