I've seen this problem across various versions of the server software. I thought it might be resolved in SC7, but no, and I was having a hard time searching for this, so here goes: (System details in my sig below) Sometimes a folder shows up as a song, which of course doesn't play. The folder contents are not shown. Most recently I'm having trouble with this with a folder "New Tagged". This is the folder that I usually want to access from Browsing the music folder, for something I've just added to the collection, but has not yet been rescanned. The contents of this folder don't show up in the browser UI, all other folders, some on the same disc, behave as expected. SS6 and SC7 both see and correctly catalog the contents of the folder on scanning, I just can't browse to it. I checked the permissions on the folder, everything looks OK, I created a new folder (of the same name) and moved the contents to the new folder and deleted the old folder, created a new symlink for the music folder, but the problem persists.
