I have attempted to answer your questions below: Podcast plugin - there are two ways you can listen to podcasts on a squeezebox. You can download them first, and stream them like any other file, or you can point to the podcast feed directly in SqueezeCenter (settings, advanced, podcasts). All podcasts still availble in the feed can be streamed directly, without downloading them first. Podcast pre-processeing - I guess you could do that only if you downloaded the podcast first, but you would need a separate applicaiton to set the gain levels per podcast. I would say that that is not worth the effort :) Live recording from internet radio - I doubt if it is possible from the SqueezeCenter end. Either SqueezeCenter streams the station as a proxy, or the SqueezeBox bypasses it and connects directly to the stream. There may also be legal considerations with such plugin.
