...and what about the additional + and - on the handheld skin? On my 240*320 PDA there are four lines (about 25%) of the whole screen used just to control Mute, Repeat, Shuffle and Power. So lots of space there.
Or change the Volume line to: "Volume: Softer - 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 + Louder" or "Volume: -- - 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 + ++" or whatever you like. In Version 6.5 the volume steps were increased from 40 to 100 and the webinterface still has 11 ! For me it's really annoying to have the music either too loud or quiet and the only thing I really want to control (if any) while listening to music is the volume.
