I posted this problem on the Infrant forum but have not gotten any replies so far, so I am trying here.
I am using Squeezebox 3 with my ReadyNAS unit to play my music over a hard-wired ethernet connection. Everything was working fine until now. What changed was: I upgraded the ReadyNAS firmware to the latest version 4.... of the Radiator software. This starts Slimserver version 6.5.4. (I had actually been using that already with the previous version of Radiator.) When I turned on the Squeezebox after the upgrade it told me that some new upgrade was available and I let it do its thing. Now when I browse my music folders from the Squeezebox and press "Play" on a folder, nothing happens. This is how I am used to starting the music that I want to hear. If I go into the folder and "Play" an individual song, it plays fine but just repeats. If I do a search on an artist name, then playing him DOES play ALL the songs that are associated to him. I've checked the Slimserver setting via the Web interface and everything seems to be set up ok. I also had it rescan my library. Does anybody have any idea how I lost my ability to play all the files in a folder and how I can get it back?
