I have resolved my problem with the audio dropouts from my SB1.......
I have bought a Transporter!!!!!

As soon as I powered up the Transporter, it found my wireless network
without any problems, and for the past week I have been playing FLAC
files perfectly without any problems. The sound quality is also a
great improvement as well.

And I love SqueezeNetwork!!!!

All I need now is the nice SB Controller!!!!!

Thanks very much to everybody for your replies.
