I'm still having difficulty with the system trying to scan my entire library any time a change is made. I have removed rescan.pm, but am thinking that it might have something to do with the iTunes plugin. I checked the code for common.pm and noted an iTunesScanInterval which is set to 3600.
Is this what is triggering an auto rescan anytime a change is made in my library (or iTunes playlists)? If so, what can I change it to so that it doesn't auto rescan?
