That really depends on how it gets the album cover. The correct way to have the cover delivered is to place the album data in an ID3v2.4 tag, with the details for the track, artist, album, etc and the APIC set to the album cover, all with the 'frame update' field set. If they support that, then that's what SlimServer would need to do (and even if it isn't that's the way you should do it).
