Hmm, can't account for why it would work from the web interface but not the player - what setting do you have for "Play other Songs in Album"? Also, these playlists are showing up under Browse Music Playlists are they, not under Albums?
Couple of thoughts: Have you moved your music around at all recently? Are these Itunes playlists? How are these playlists created? It sounds a bit to me like Slimserver doesn't recognise some of the links in the playlists to your music. Couple of things that may be worth trying. Do a full clear and rescan - does the problem still persist? If so, open up one of the problem playlist files in a text editor like notepad or editpad (on windows, right click, open with). Do all the file paths look the same or is there any difference between the songs that Slimserver will play and those that it won't? Are the songs on the same box as Slimserver or are they stored on a network drive or similar?
