Sorry, don't really know! You should try restarting SqueezeCentre and checking the log files for any mention of SqueezeScrobbler.
So far the majority of installation issues are caused by the files being in the wrong place, but for some people it just doesn't seem to work! Oh the "SqueezeScrobbler" directory name is case sensitive - must be exactly as I've written it there.
