I don't know about SC7 but the softsqueeze has different skins to look like other slim devices in different sizes.
At the top left of the display you have 4 'buttons' left most displays or hides the remote, the next is the settings. From settings chose skin and then chose a different display style. Keep the skin at slim devices.
