There are basically two WPA standards:

WPA + TKIP
WPA2 + AES

The 'PSK' is 'Preshared Key', ie each device needs to be told the key
instead of having a RADIUS server doling them out (which adds far more
complexity than most people need).  You can count that as a constant,
since few devices support anything other than PSK.

The SB3 should do both.  The Nokia770 I know for sure does WPA+TKIP
just fine.

I use WPA+TKIP on my network, my router doesn't do WPA2, but then the
security difference between the two is minimal.

Avoid WEP.  It is evil and broken.

But, yes, that combination should work fine: it does for me...
something else is afoot.
