I think there is a limitation that SB3 native needs mms URLs to use http transport. Usually a station forget to check the box to enable this facility (which also allows radio to tunnel using http through firewalls).
If you have a Windows PC then try disabling Native/Built-in WMA decoding in Server Setting/Advanced/Filetypes. This will force handling of the stream by wmadec on PC.
