Why would you want to stream flac as mp3 to the squeezebox? Server OS? Search for lame.exe on windows or lame on linux (usually in /usr/bin or /usr/local/bin). You also need flac so make sure it is installed (flac.exe or flac). Lame for windows can be found 'here' (http://www.rarewares.org/mp3-lame-bundle.php) and flac 'here' (http://flac.sourceforge.net/download.html). If you are on linux then use your package manager to install lame and flac.
