Do you have a mapped drive letter for your NAS?

Also the cover art files should be named cover.jpg or folder.jpg for a
standard install. 

If you have all your cover art named say xxxxx.jpg then you can open
the file AlbumCatalogCreator-V1.hta with note pad or some other text
editor and add your cover art name to the list. It should be on line
#78. There you will find a line looking like this

sCoverFilename    = "cover.jpg,folder.jpg"

Just add your cover art name in the list like so

sCoverFilename    = "cover.jpg,folder.jpg,xxxxx.jpg"
