Received my Duet yesterday. This is just what I have been looking for! The controller is incredible. Setup was simple even for a non computer geek like me.
Had a few hours to play around with it and loved everything but the sound I was getting. I have the receiver hooked up to my B&K AVR 305 via optical. This is how I always prefered the sound using my Panasonic RP91 CD player (via digital input vs analog). The sound that I am getting is not as good as the CD player, the dynamics are lacking and it seems like I am getting some slight distortion at louder play back levels. I have the digital volume turned all the way up and am streaming flac files.
