Just be glad you're not in Europe. For the same money as the TP costs in Denmark, I can get at plane ticket from Copenhagen to San Fransisco including cab fare from the airport to Mountain View to pick it up. If I'd done it when they where selling TP's for 1500 USD at the openhouse I could even have made a weekend out of it :)
