Try Album Cover Art Downloader - it's abandonware though and Google won't find anything but a forum member is hosting it: http://www.unrealvoodoo.org/hiteck/projects/albumart/ ...I notice Google will find it (3rd hit) when you enter "Album Cover Art Downloader Linux" as a search term.
