I found the files under C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\SqueezeCenter\prefs. I wasn't seeing that directory because I had the Windows Explorer "Show hidden files" setting turned off.
It makes sense to have the settings out of the Program Files directory. Are there any other files with SqueezeCenter that I would need to bring a fresh install back to the same state I have it now?
