I have had my Duet package since the first day they shipped overnight and it installed and played on my network with no issue. I have 3 SB3's throughout the house (Kitchen, Bedroom and Basement) and the new Duet Receiver (SunRoom).
Last night the controller said it had a software update. I let it download and install. All seemed fine. But all day today I have been having an issue with the controller -- It is on the HOME page and asks me to choose a player - it just hangs on "CONNECTING TO.." The controller shows all 4 devices. I can click on any one and it does the same thing -- just hangs on that. I can arrow back and choose another. Here's the really odd parts: 1. Go to advanced _music source and both Squeeze network and SC7 appears but if I click on either one I just get a click sound. The arrow doesn't change or accept it. 2. All 3 squeeze boxes work fine with their regular infrared control. They can go back and forth and play on SN and SC. I have tried starting and restarting. I tried disconnecting from the wireless network and re-setting it up. I even did the reset and went through it again.
