Very strange. Turning on debugging for scanner.log is having no effect. Somehow the scanner.log file is just not being updated, since the auto scan 4 days ago.
All firewalls and virus scanning is off. I can see no reason why scanning refuses to work. Can anyone point me in the right direction, before I contact Logitech support?
