Probably not, but it is protecting the screens of my SBs (at least the
way I have it set up).  My SB2 is suffering a little bit of screen burn
(where the ":" between the hour:minute is on the time).  Only really
noticable when brightness is on high, but I'm hoping that installing
the Powersave plugin will stop it from getting any worse and/or
occuring on my SB3s (although I think they have a different screen type
from the SB2s anyway).
