I'm experiencing the exact same problem, very slow response on my SB2
and great problems playing music.

I re-installed 7.0 and tried with the beta version of 7.01 but that did
not help at all. Any suggestions?

Interesting is that after first installation, and after solving some
network problems by changing channel on my router, it worked fine. But
after rearranging my music library to an external USB-drive and
updating some settings on the SB it started going slow and now nothing
seems to help.

Is there a factory reset that could be used? My wireless signal is 50%,
not the best but surely it should be sufficient for scrolling through
menus.

Another interesting thing is that when I switch to SqueezeNetwork
everything works fine.
