Your SlimServer is running OK, so it seems to be an issue between the Squeezebox and the computer. Could be a wi-fi issue, but probably not as it used to work. May well be a firewall problem, in which case wspitzig's advice from Logitech is a good one. As in my posts on the other thread, I reckon it is often useful to try SoftSqueeze. If that works ok, then firewall or wi-fi are almost certainly the cause of the problem. If it doesn't work, then the issue is somewhere else. And if you want to use 7 and are having troubles, it can't harm to remove the cache.
