AMey01, That fix was for pre 6.5.4 systems - it has been included into SC. Also it sounds unlike the problem you're having.
What version of SC/SS do you have ? What are the values for Server Setting/Advanced/Filetypes for Apple Lossless (assuming SC7) ?
