Im wondering the same thing. I know they're working in trying to solve the issue but providing us with some type of update here would be nice. FYI, my network has no WPA encryption--its an open network with MAC address filtering by the my router (Netgear WPNT834). And yes, Im still having the issue. My 30 day return policy is coming up and hope this is solved prior to that. If not, and since some of you are having trouble getting a replacement thru Logitech, I may have to return this unit.
