If you are happy with your current version and you don't plan on getting a Duet, no reason to upgrade.
I found the web interface performance of 7.0 to be much better than 6.5.x. Additionally, my SB1 would occasionally get dropouts under 6.5, but it never happens under 7.0. And now I own a Duet. So for me, it was absolutely worth it.
