If I try to CLEAR LIBRARY AND RESCAN EVERYTHING or ONLY RESCAN PLAYLISTS, when clicking RESCAN it changes to LOOK FOR NEW AND CHANGED MUSIC and does just that. It does not update newly added playlists or remove old deleted playlists.
When looking at the logs, it looks like it rescanned everything, but new playlists are not added and old playlists are not removed.
