Thanks for your reply.
I haven't contacted the support desk yet, since I'm looking for
updating my controller via SSH first.
SSH works fine: through SSH I can ping all devices including the
server. So I guess there's no network issue. Correct?
Only thing now is waiting for a new(er) jive.bin so I can update the
controller and hoping that will be the solution to my problem.
