I have a Transporter and a Squeezebox, and use my PC to run Squeezecenter. I noticed that my PC had been sending out lots of messages as indicated by my WiFi router.
So I downloaded Wireshark, which was formerly known as Ethereal, to monitor what was going on. I found out that there had been a lot of keep-alive messages between my PC and Transporter/Squeezebox. Are there ways to greatly reduce the amount of keep-alive messages?
