I think that's how it's designed to be however and I can't see why I'd want more. What about the 'looseness' of it makes it difficult to control? Some improvements have been made recently in the testing builds to reduce the accidental movement between items after a brief pause and/or click of the center button. Maybe giving the 7.0.1 squeezecenter a try would help. Ben
