The SD/Logitech thing is deliberate, it's got nothing at all to do with differing delivery and billing addresses/ countries, it's got everything to do with their distribution channels. Because Australia is in a different Logitech distribution channel to the US, I cannot place an order using Australian card details - the restriction is implemented via there being no option to select Australia as the originating country of the billing address. Every other country that is not part assigned to a different distribution channel is there for the picking.
