Hi, I use iTunes for ripping my CDs to M4A files, I use Mp3Tag to edit the tags, and I use SqueezeCenter / Transporter for selecting music and playing it.
However what I miss is the ability to view M4A tag data and cover art in Windows Explorer, and to use Windows Search to find tracks and albums. (Native Windows provides support for MP3 files but not for M4A). ... So I wrote my own Windows Shell Extension that adds support for M4A files to Windows Vista Explorer. http://www.whitebear.ch/music This shell extension could be a nice extra for SB / Transporter users. -- AndrewFG Regards, AndrewFG ------------------------------------------------------------------------ AndrewFG's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=15838 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=46301 _______________________________________________ discuss mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/discuss
