ChrisNY's suggestion of using Mediafly sounds like it'd provide the most podcast functionality and would probably be the easiest if you have more than one or two podcasts that you follow.
Since I (currently) only listen to one podcast bpa gets the award for having the easiest solution to my problem. I added the Focus on the Family podcast URL to my favorites and I now have easy access to the last seven podcasts.
