Indeed it does, the error is occurring on the server. The question is what it is about you/your setup which is triggering it when everyone else seems to be OK. Maybe if you posted here the exact time you tried and got the error, someone @ logi could take a look at the server logs? That's the quickest way to figure out what's up.
