Playlists are stored on the server, not the controller or a player. If
you moved your library and playlist folder from the NAS to the PC, or if
you're now pointing your new server's playlist folder at a folder on the
NAS then what likely happened is that all of the paths to files within
the playlists are now wrong but the playlists themselves were still
scanned by the new server.

You either need to fix the paths and rescan or else delete the playlist
files. Assuming these aren't playlists from iTunes then they're just
text files containing lists of music file paths. They should be easily
edited in a text editor. The thing to realize when fixing the paths is
that they need to be relative to the new server. Deleting them should
be as simple as deleting the files within the playlist folder.
