Someone had to crack sooner or later. I was thinking about getting myself a sonos system and testing it (do they have a return policy?), making sure i had the oldest firmware availible and using a wide variety of music formats and most importantly, get my grandmother to set it up and post her opinion. My first comment would be "It can't play my music bought from iTunes..."
