You need to create a separate login account for bugzilla, but then you can add your comments and track progress by adding your name to the cc list at the top right. This way, any new comments are mailed to you, including any status changes (like targets or when it's fixed).
Dean has clearly looked at what was there. Sleep was not included in that bit, and Dean's comments mean there is more work before it can become part of the code.
