Yes, you can easily do this in Mp3tag. Either create and save an
Action ("Aa" buttons) or use a 'Quick' Action (an action that isn't
saved). Select 'Format Value', enter 'ARTIST' under 'Field:' and
'%artistsort%' under 'Format string:'.
