OK... I've done it!! An 'un-named' user sent me the link to rip MLP
DVD-As as WAV files.  The way it actually works is to pull a
LF/RF/LS/RS (Quad) file and separate C/LFE file.  

The files are ripped on a Apple MacBook Pro using Parallels (running
Windows as a separate app) since the ripping app is Windows based. 

I import these files into ProTools (Mac), which 'un-wraps' them into
individual 96k/24bit mono files.  I then encode them all as a 96k DTS
encoded WAV file and VIOLA!!!  It plays and can, certainly, be encoded
lossless as FLAC to save bandwidth.

Anyhow... IT WORKS!!
