Well, for what it's worth, the scanner.log file from the scan that 7.0.0 just did, completely successfully, has EXACTLY the same kind of entries in it - just 400,000 more of them.
And yes I did SPECIFICALLY remove that folder. I saw the entry and tried again having deliberately removed it. No effect. I would also note that whatever is going on here, it's trying to DELETE that directory, not create it. Is it a routine designed to migrate from 6.x to 7.x? However... This folder appears to have nothing to do with the issue at hand.
