Neither did I! It makes sense though I guess, when you think of it as if the Controller was the webui. When you trigger a mix via the webui, it stays in the left hand pane until you add to playlist (right pane) where it can be saved as a playlist. I do think it's missing an "add to play" rather than just a "play" option in the initial mix screen.
