Doing a clear and rescan doesn't introduce Moods into MiP settings
under Plugins, basically nothing changes.  For posterity I also copied
the mood file to ~/MusicIP/moods, ~/MusicIP being where I have MiP
installed, and repeated the clear and rescan - to same effect.  Am I
looking in the right place, overlooking something etc?
