Unfortunately they all seem to "cringe" if you bring that up. :( The guy the other day that said he just couldn't even stand a 320kbps mp3 in a car made me about cry laughing. Oh yeah the Junior, Senior thing is just on how many posts you do. I think it's every 100 or so that it changes.
